Amazing company and the best customer service, Kim in the office is fantastic, such as pleasure to speak with. I have never had any septic tank issues, Advanced Septic cleans out my tank every 3 years and they are always on time, super fast appointment times, they email you photos of the work they did as well as your receipt. I love supporting local, family owned businesses in Citrus County. Thank you to the entire team at Advanced Septic.
Advanced Septic provided our organization with portable potties for our Dragon Boat event last weekend. They arrived on time and were picked up on time. During the event we needed service and the person on call was friendly, helpful and quick to respond! The employees who came out to handle things were ALL polite, efficient, and professional! Advanced has outstanding customer service and amazing follow through. Also, they were competitively priced. We highly recommend this company!
I am very satisfied I chose Advanced to replace our 30 year old drain field. Outside of having to have the tank pumped 3 times waiting on the county to issue a permit, the process took a reasonable amount of time. The cost was in line with other septic companies but I ultimately chose Advanced because they are a local company run by good people.
I had an issue where the toilet was gurgling and backing up into the shower. I called Advanced and they sent a crew the same day. Matthew and Jay were very polite and thoroughly explained the problem. They fixed the issue and cleaned everything up I’m very pleased with my experience with Advanced Septic and highly recommend them!
Greg and Caleb came to inspect and pump out our system due to a problem we were having. They were extremely professional and unafraid to answer every question I had. I appreciate the service they provided and their helpful attitude. Every employee should have this level of dedication to company and customer!
We had Advanced Septic out to pump our tank. We had bushes planted over the tank. They cleaned the filter on one side and said to call them back when bushes were removed. Only charged us for the filter cleaning the first time. When the bushes were removed they came back and cleaned the tank and only charged us for the remainder of the bill. We appreciated the honesty of the company. Very easy to work with. Matt and Kevin were quick and efficient and explained everything to us in detail. Very professional!! Cleaned up everything. We couldn't be happier.
Had an issue with my system and Advanced Septic originally installed my system. Called them and they came out the next day, today Matt and Jay arrived to assist. This is the first time after it was installed in 2021. Matt and Jay did a great job and they also educated me on the system which was a huge help. Thank you and not only do I recommend Advanced Septic in Crystal River, Fl. But I will continue to use their services! Glen
This morning Matt and Jay came to my house and pumped my septic tank. They were both very knowledgeable of the system and explained how each tank worked. They were able to answer any questions we had and also gave us tips on how to care for our tank to help it break down the toilet paper that gets flushed. If you have any issues that need professional help this is the company to call and these guys are definitely the ones you want working on your system. Thank you again for your help.

Matt and Jay just left here and they couldn’t have been more professional…on time and left the lawn in a very cleaned up condition. I am so very pleased with the work done. Greg and Preston from Advanced Septic did a great job! They arrived early and they were so cordial and polite. They answered all of my questions and they left the septic tank site the way they found it after they were done. You could hardly tell they were there. I recommend these two gentlemen and hope their supervisor sees this review.
Recommended highly by our plumber, I scheduled a pump out and inspection of our system. Their crew of Matt and Jay arrived promptly as scheduled and got straight to work. Each step of the process was thoroughly explained and shown while being done, which was a first time experience for me having never owned a property with a septic system. I am now much more knowledgeable about these systems thanks to there time of explanation. They represented Advanced Septic very well and I'm sure their professionalism was reflective of this company's philosophy of good business.
What a wonderful company. Very reasonable. Greg and Hunter are very knowledgeable. We didn't know where the tank was and they found it right away. They found where roots were in leach field drain. Definitely will be having them take care of my septic system. Please call them it you need septic problems resolved you will be very satisfied.
I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful company. Brandon, the owner and Zoe were magnificent and very helpful. My toilet was totally stopped up and then it would drain into my shower and it filled up and I couldn’t use my toilet nor could I use my shower. So I called advance, septic. They were very helpful and caring and understanding and sent someone out as soon as possible. They sent out a couple of gentlemen, one by the name of docs and Johnny. When they got there, unfortunately I did not know that the sand was so soft behind my house because it had not rained. It was very dry, and the truck started sinking into the ground so they had to send out the mechanic with the large truck with chains to pull them out then his truck got stuck in the sand so they sent out a tractor and and eventually got both trucks out. A job that should’ve probably taken half hour to an hour, ended up taking 4 1/2 hours approximately, they worked their tails off.Then they were able to get my septic pumped out and everything works perfectly. They were very professional and never gave up and I am so grateful to advance, septic, and all the employees and the owner for helping me out and I’ll never forget this , thank you all so much for all you have done for me I will always be grateful. I called every business within the tri-county area and this was the only place that could come out on such a short notice as well as travel to Dunnellon. The two gentlemen that pumped my septic tank were extremely nice and professional. Showed up on time, worked quickly and were kind enough to answer my questions and share some knowledge about maintenance. The receptionist I scheduled with was a pleasure to speak with as well. I would definitely use their services again!
We called them out to check our septic, we were having dirt falling in. After checking, the lids were not properly put in place. Advanced Septic came out and took care of all that plus cleaned out our septic. We were very pleased with the work they did. Very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.
I had Advanced septic to inspect a septic system on a house I have a pending contract on Dom & Matt came out and did the inspection, and they did a great job, and unfortunately found an issue with the leach field. They were very professional and explained everything. These young men really impressed us.
We have been a customer for a few years now, have a standing yearly pump out on their schedule. Have never had to call, always calling ahead and setting it up. Usually here first thing and done. Would recommend Advenced Septic to anyone! They really turned my crappy situation into a better evening. The two gentleman that came out were thorough and very informative. Even spent extra time making sure they hosed out EVERYTHING inside the tank and made sure the drain field wasn’t clogged. Highly recommend. Highly satisfied.

9/23/25 Matt & Hunter came to my home to pump my septic tank. Those young men worked very hard to gain access to my tank cover and did a fine job of emptying the tank. I was impressed with their work ethic. They didn't stop until the job was complete which included re-sealing the tank lid. And provided an estimate for a new drain field. Very professional in their appearance and attitude. Thanks for a job well done Steve Coomes
We couldn't be more happy with the service we received from Advanced Septic. We had a bit of an emergency situation. They came out within a couple hours and had everything back in tip top shape. Their service techs knew what they were doing. They were very thorough and had excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend Advanced to anyone needing septic services.
I had a very old septic tank with a failed drain field. I reached out to Advanced Septic for an entirely new system. They responded quickly and the service from start to finish was a smooth as could be. They came as soon as the permits were issued. They did a good job totally replacing my septic system. The crew explained to me what they were doing and how it all worked. They were in and out in one day. I would recommend them.
